Add mentions that KFP v1 is not supported from CKF 1.10

Context

For 1.10 we have the default to the v2 versions of kfp, with clear mentions that we are:

• Asking users when upgrading to CKF 1.10 to migrate to v2
• Providing guidance to both upgrade 1.9 -> 1.10 and upgrade v1 -> v2
• Mentioning v1 can be used but Canonical does not support patches or fixes from CKF 1.10 onwards

The mention should be present in:

• Our tutorial & how to guides
• Supported versions page
• Release notes.

Also, in the upgrade guide we should mention this change and the necessary documentation to help our users.
