Backup/Restore: parameterize k8s resources #36

Some content from the k8s resources needs to be parameterized to improve the understanding on how things work under the hood.

This includes:

container/service names
backup repository names
context paths
image tags

One idea here would be to use the applied values from the helm installation and template the resources based on this.
