The image has been updated docker pull camicroscope/oss-lite
We need to update the Dockerfile.

The current Dockerfile does not work with certain svs encodings.

It should work against all formats currently supported by openslide. Might be as simple as a version upgrade

It should return Uncompressed TIFF (and jpg, png)

Dockerfile clones https://bitbucket.org/tcpan/openslide and checks out tags/v0.3.1. The current tag is v3.4.0. Should probably update that and test.

For oss-lite we can probably use the released version of openslide and not Tony Pans (tcpan) custom version
