Rework definition of QoS flow(s)

Problem description

Throughout the work on v0.10.0, especially the refinement of device, it was identified that the way how the QoS flow(s) between device and applicationServer are defined need to be reworked (#230 (comment)). Current flow definition parameters are devicePort and applicationServerPort.

This issue is replacing #51 (but content still to be considered as a proposal).
The new flow definition should also consider #173 as an option.
