Problem description
This issue defines the scope of the NetworkAccessManagement subproject regarding the upcoming Camara meta release Fall24.

Since repo creation:

• CODEOWNERS file contains errors #2
• Add linting for Camara rules #4
• chore: adds initial proposal from the backlog working group #7
• Add yamllint and spectral config files #8
• Missing additional linting files #10
• Commonalities pass for corrections #19
• ICM pass for corrections #20

Target versions:
