Problem description
As per RM Guidelines, every API targeted for a given MetaRelease has to be associated an Issue.
This will be the "parent" Issue to compile MetaRelease Work

Expected action
List of Topics that have to be covered. Each of them will have its own issue. New Topics could be added as far as their are identified

• Manage API Release Trackers. This Issue will compile all the life-cycle until we reach final public release
