I get this error when running this explorer

OS: Windows 10

I get the same error. Windows 11. Have uninstalled and re-installed three times but no change. I've attached the install logs.

Edit: After perusing the issues before this one, I see this error was posted over 3 years ago so I'm guessing this package is not being maintained. Time to look elsewhere, it seems.
