Explorer Crashing When Installing

As soon as the wizard begans the install process into my device Droid Explorer crashes.

can you run the installer from the command line and add a /l to it. This will create log files, once you have those log file, can you post them here. Also can you supply me with some information:

What Installer did you use?

What OS do have?

What device do you have?

What ROM is on your device?
