The docs in the README are excellent, but don't specify every nitty gritty detail on how to get from zero to Hello World. Once users are familiar with aws-web-stacks, the README will be sufficient, but I think there's also value in a "zero to Hello World" page. Dan and I have written one... wondering where it should go.

Maybe in the Wiki? Any other suggestions, @tobiasmcnulty?

I'd vote for docs with the repo and published to RTD - what do you think? The README is a bit much as it is and should probably be split out into separate files anyways...

Also, if you want to add this as the only "docs" for now and we can figure out later how to split up the README/generally build the docs, that works for me.
