Use Case

A user wants to run TreeBuilderExt on Spark 3.x, which requires setting up a config before running

set spark.sql.legacy.allowUntypedScalaUDF=true where type="conf";

However, there's no way for users to set that config in workflow.

Impact Analysis

Missing "set" node blocks users from running TreeBuilderExt
