目前的notebook 的设计在交互上有两个问题：

在cell内，如果一个 cell 过长，每次调试点击运行的位置需要鼠标向上滚动
在一个notebook 中，如果 cell 的数量过多，很难快速的定位到某个cell 模块，需要一个类似 outline 的设计
