Make it possible to run w/ plugin from the reports page

Would it be possible for this plugin to alter the existing saved reports page to make it possible to pick and run a report from there using the plugin?
And/or, it'd be cool to set plugin behavior when saving a report -- add in a place to check a box to say "when I run this I want to use the plugin," and saved a choice for how you'll be passing your params.
