之前有位贡献者想参与的，然后没然后了。
你有兴趣贡献吗？如果能用上 IOCP 本身的异步能力是最好的，不能的话实现为 Legacy 模式也是可以的（这个方案下应该可以一定程度上复用 mio，就是性能上不如原生异步模式好）。

Mio doesn't expose SourceFd on Windows like on Unix, so we will have to roll our own implementation of IOCP.
