What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Poll 7950 Router

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect no config diffs. Instead of that, I see electrical data of the Router:

This Data is coming from following Command:
show {card,sfm,mda} detail

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I don't have TimOS 11 running yet. Once I do I'll check it out.
