I would like to make submarine swaps to exchange LN funds to an on-chain wallet. This can be done by e.g. https://boltz.exchange.

I've just discussed this with a Wasabi wallet developer, he belives BTCPay can integrate their v2 coinjoin market to make submarine swaps without central coordinator.
