I have a HomeBase 3 that seems to be connected and working fine. I recently added a wired indoor Pan and Title camera, then connected it to my HB3. The integration doesn't seem to be listing the camera, just every other device (and, I do have "Enable polling for updates." and "Enable newly added entities." checked.)
As far as security goes, the Eufy app keeps their security settings separate for whatever reason (i.e. they each have their own settings for being on Home/Away/Etc. in "Device Control, despite the camera having the appropriate "HomeBase Connection"), but my doorbell camera and outdoor solar-powered camera are part of the HB3s security ("Device Control") and are visible/available just fine.
I had a previous setup that--while the additional camera seemed to have some bugginess--seemed to see the camera fine, but I've recently removed it and then uninstalled/re-installed the entire eufy_security_ws integration to try to get it working properly, and now it won't see the camera at all.

The devices will be retrieved from the web api for the specific account used with eufy-security-ws.
Which indoor cam do you use? If you use the T8416, than you can set it up directly to the HB3. If you are using the T8410 or T8411, than you might need to use the connection to HB3 over device settings. Please check if your indoor cam is shared with the account the eufy-security-ws is using. If you have shared the indoor cam with the account, please show the log file.
