Getting Started
Once you've gotten the PureTickets jar (found here, you just have to drag it into your plugins folder. Pure Tickets currently supports Spigot and its forks, I would highly recommend using Paper, not only for it's performance enhancements but while using PT you will also have the extra benefit of asynchronous tab completions.
By default players are given the permissions to use all player commands (tickets.user.*) and op'd players are given the permissions to use all staff commands (tickets.staff.*). Of course I wouldn't recommend giving all your staff members OP, instead use a permission plugin like LuckPerms.
You can see the details of the commands by doing /ticket help, /tickets help and /puretickets respectively. You can also look here to see all command info and their aliases.
