The code introduced in broadinstitute/cytominer_scripts#30 includes the customized cytominer scripts used to process the cmQTL pilot data.

This analysis is not reproducible until these changes are officially merged into cytominer

Changes added in broadinstitute/cytominer_scripts@1340d0e should allow the aggregate step to work

Note that this is not tested.

@shntnu , perhaps you can (if it ends up not being too much of a hassle) use the cytominer scripts from the issue/29 branch

@gwaygenomics This was the issue I mentioned over our chat. I'll peek into the code again and figure out what I'd need help with.

We decided not to produce these profiles going forward, given that all the analysis is now happening directly on the single cell data #30 (comment)
