Hi,
data/setup contains some instructions on how to set up the whole backend, and you are looking for the Labels services. That should be in data/setup/labels. Then you should configure yodaqa to find the services in the conf/backendURLs.json file by swapping the url-s of the backend service url-s that you end up hosting.
