Use Jpylyzer as a clean dependency rather than a patched version #4

The current system carries a patched version of Jpylyzer inside itself, rather than using it as a proper dependency. This is because I patched it to operate on an in-memory buffer rather than being forced to write the data out to a file.

I will pursue with @bitsgalore to find out if he's willing to modify the code to allow this.
