Manage subscription

I added a Manage Subscriptions to my newsletter. This is what it looks like for me.

There are a lot of words in there that I would like to change.
The form could be made in a similar way as creating an email (or atleast the way I mentioned it earlier).
It would be good to simplifying this screen.

Remove the example box.
Remove the bottom subscribed row.
Remove Instant Daily Weekly -- if the SendPress user has not clicked yes to send instant, daily or weekly.

What is left is the header the SendPress user can fill inn and the first Subscribed row.

The example info is only because you sent a test email. Normally it would show the info for the subscriber the email was sent to.

The second settings area is for Post Notifications but you are correct it should not show if they are not on.
