Document SDK's configuration options

Let's create an "Advanced configuration options" page to go into detail about each of the config options. Right now, we have a very brief example of how the config is set in connecting.md but it doesn't make sense to go into all of the options there. In several places, we mention that something can be set in the SDK's config, but it might not be clear exactly how. This new page would address this problem.
