Does not show on theme option

I have recently installed a plugin that allowed me to upload custom fonts and variations. However, I am facing an issue where the font does not appear under the theme options. I cannot seem to set it for headings, body, or links. Even when I search for it using the desired name, it shows up as "Not found". I am sure that I have uploaded the font correctly with all its variations, but it still does not seem to work.
