Fetching translation message

Doesn't show translation, only "fetching translation" message. I've used your addon for a long time, and never saw this error before, please fix it.

I have also this message now, it appears not always but very often.

You have to remove the old version of the extension first.

With your new version I get "Fetching translation" for half a second then I have the translation :)
I hope it will work in any situation now.
A question : why this version is not uploaded on the add-on page of mozilla?

About this issue: I added an error message when the Google Translate request is not succeeding. Maybe we can find another solution to prevent Google Translate to block the requests, but the Bing provider could be a more robust solution in the long term (#36).
