I was trying to plot a single SNP on locuscompare (rs40465/rs386590326). It was found on EnsemblGRCh37/38, but it does not seem to exist in the database of locuscompare whichever versions I chose. I wonder if this could be a bug where a SNP is dropped?
Best regards,
Opal

I checked on this SNP and it was not measured in the 1000 Genomes reference panel, which is what we use for calculating LDs between all of our SNPs. I'm not sure exactly why that is, since it's a fairly common variant, but it means that none of our plots on the site will contain this SNP.
I wonder if there is another SNP in high LD with this variant that you could use as a proxy?
