duplicated file names in rst files. #154

Describe the bug
Doxysphinx makes 'namespaces_namespaces' and 'files_files' in rst files.
I don't understand why its name is duplicated.

I don't think it's because of version compatibility, but I'm leaving the version information just in case.

doxygen: 1.12.0
doxysphinx: 3.3.12
sphinx: 8.1.3
