Probably the wrong place to report this but I can't find any other place.
Many reviews cite this ext as EXCELLENT, but I can't get it to work for me at all. The ext just gets stuck after Reloading page and doesn't download anything. It's erie.

I have turned off all blocker-type extensions for the Libby website (uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger, Bitdefender, Malwarebytes). I follow the instructions on github: Open Libby, go to book, open extension, click the Download icon, the Libby page refreshes and the refreshing is noted in the grid as "done". Then.....nothing happens. Nothing starts downloading. I have also tried the method that works with other similar extensions, ie, playing (fast) through the book. No luck, same result.

What is missing here? I should note for what it's worth that I've also had the Video and Audio Downloader (from Glin) installed in Firefox and when I opened that in the same circumstances it always says "no media files found". That AV downloader DOES work in Chrome and Edge, though it is erratic. Never gets the same number of files twice on the same book!

There must be something I'm doing wrong or I have something set wrong in Firefox that causes media files to be unrecognized.
And BTW, the Libby books DO PLAY in Firefox.

Firefox 114.02 Checked for updates today June 30. Up to date

I’m happy to try to help figure out why this extension isn’t working at least! First can you post what version of Firefox you’re running? And second the debug logs when you run the extension? You can follow the instructions here #9 (comment) to get them

Scratch that - just the debug logs. Missed your Firefox version the first read through. That version should definitely be supported.

Thanks for the logs. Are you running the most recent version of the extension? I'm seeing logs there that I believe I changed the wording on/refactored. The most recent version is 0.4.2. The other thing to try when this happens is the refresh the page again, not click the download button again, just refresh the page like you normally would while the extension is still running. The logs indicate that we're getting 400s from libby and/or some bad request bodies. I've seen refreshing the page shake it loose.

Hello, I love this extension and I would like to be able to use on mobile device (Yes, I saw the thread about that). At first, I thought it didn't work. I had understood (from an internet article) that I was to expect a message asking me where to save the file. I was waiting, waiting. Finally I read the instructions on github and saw that the file was downloaded many times (as many as I tried). If I may suggest, a simple message would solve some issues ("done, check download folder")... Thank you for the work :)))
