We want to assign IRIs to data elements for see also links etc. These IRIs could redirect to the data hub (page descriptions for data elements or they could redirect to some CDE repo).

My suggestion is to use W3ID along the lines of:

https://w3id.org/radx

https://w3id.org/radx/data-elements

https://w3id.org/radx/data-elements/core/nih_cough

https://w3id.org/radx/data-elements/radxup/cough
