How to remove?

I'm going to get this sorted to work along side my Apache install.. but for now, how can I remove it from my system to stop the conflicts I'm getting?
I've tried apt remove caddy and apt remote pdsadmin
Both say nothing is installed..
but
sudo ss -6 -tlnp |grep 80

shows a caddy and port 80 tied up.

I'm not a devops person, so sorry if I've not provided enough info

It makes a docker image and runs that..
I didn't see that.
I just ran the installer here:

I'll go delete that docker image and move eon
