Access to the Mura translations search page is based on its own permission check.

Admin and Super Users can access it without issue but any other group users are redirected back to the content list even though they have permission to the content page itself.

In addition, if a user does not have permissions to an alternate language version of the site, the Select option in the Mura Translations tab is still presented but without the '+' icon and is inactive - there is no guidance to the user as to why
