Attach and Detach mode for Non Docker Yaci CLI

Since the non-Docker version of Yaci CLI can be used for custom network setups with multiple nodes, it would be beneficial to support an attach/detach functionality in Yaci CLI.

The initial idea is to detach (exit) the CLI prompt without stopping the running service, and then later attach in another session by providing the admin URL and port.
