[REQUEST] Message sent to player when they are given claim trust

• Feature information
  Add a message sent to the newly-trusted player when they are given claim trust, similar to the message given to the player that gives the trust.

• Additional context
  This would allow configuring the message to give server-specific details and warnings, such as letting them know about claim expiration so they can be aware that if the claim owner goes inactive that the claim may be wiped.
