As Yahoo have stopped their YQL API, you'll need to switch over the using the weather-icons version instead which is already supported in the code.

In index.php, uncomment line 56, and comment out line 57, so it should now read:

        include "inc/icon.php";
        //include "inc/yahoo.php";
