Previous py3 development versions of the wordclock had issues with the seconds plugin jumping numbers. This seems to have been largely fixed (somehow) with the latest builds. However i have noticed it still happens - but more infrequently (it used to occur every around every 10 - 15 seconds - now its around 20 - 30 sec roughly.
Its very noticeable if you go into seconds plugin.py and disable the dimming of the numbers - so the numbers tick over like a regular digital watch.
Watch for at least a minute and it SHOULD ?? show up within that time. Which it did for me.
