Rules on 'how-to Claim/Assign issue'

1. There will be NO RANDOM and CHAOTIC Claims/Assign.
2. "First comes, first served." - No re-assigning the issue without proper reasoning.
3. Follow up worker details on hourly rates per position and payment terms.
4. Register TopTracker account to track your hours/tasks.
5. On each review (Pull request) you will have to provide issue related report as part of it from TopTracker.
6. If you have any issues during process, please reach out to the Worker Manager on Telegram (@murda_ra).

If any rule above is not followed, for any reason, Claim/Request WILL be rejected.
