Caps doesn't work properly

This is a different syndrome from #18

In this case, "caps" simply gets typed into the textbox.

I'm not entirely sure how we should handle this one. Capslock is a toggle, much like insert. That makes it fundamentally different than the traditional modifier keys like shift, ctrl, alt, meta
