[QUESTION] RGBS Video input

Hi, I want to convert a RGBSync signal from old computers/consoles (Amstrad, Amiga, NEOGEO, ...) into VGA.
Given that the VGA part is excelently done, reading 4 analog signals would not be that hard but I am lost.
Has someone tried it? or have some hints about it?
