Implement a Warning / Reminder for the user while receiving in a Vault or Wallet to improve security and prevent loss of access to their wallets.

We may already have this reminder for receiving in Vaults if the health check is due.

We have healthcheck reminder for vault keys on receive, and have UAI reminder for RK backup, so not sure what's needed exactly on this issue?
