As far as I can tell, we don't have ICD-O topography codes in Bioregistry yet, the current entry for ICD-O (https://bioregistry.io/registry/icdo) is for what they call morphology codes. Incidentally, the URI pattern curated there seems to not work anymore so would have to be updated.

I wonder if it would make sense to update the current icdo to icdo.morphology and introduce a new prefix for icdo.topography. Though neither appear to be resolvable currently, having some metadata on these is still useful.
I came across ICD-O topography codes in https://github.com/cBioPortal/oncotree/blob/master/scripts/ontology_to_ontology_mapping_tool/ontology_mappings.txt with identifiers like C80.9. These codes appear to be listed here: https://cancercenter.ai/icd-o-pathology-codes/topographical-codes-icd-o-3/
There is also a list here: https://training.seer.cancer.gov/arc_neoplasms/codes.html but these don't correspond to the ones used in the mapping file above.
