sudo zypper in  libopenssl-devel-32bit  glibc-devel-32bit gcc-32bit

rpm -ql  libopenssl-devel-32bit
 /usr/lib/libcrypto.so
 /usr/lib/libssl.so

env  PKG_CONFIG_ALLOW_CROSS=1   OPENSSL_LIB_DIR=/usr/lib/ cargo build --release --target=i686-unknown-linux-gnu
