[DESIGN] Mock-Up "Attorney Profile" View

In conjunction with the web app's theme overhaul (#55), here is a small design request.

On the Attorney Page view, the main hero section which contains the Attorney Profile information (name, role, state, headshot, address, contact, websites) needs to be redesigned:

(Yikes! I know. But this is a great opportunity for someone with a design-eye to make a significant contribution to the repo.)

Feel free to mock-up a design in Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, or whatever your favorite design editor is. Export as a .png. You can submit a pull request by simply clicking on "Add FIle > Upload files":
