I know and in fact I use the autorun option in the Control Center and it works great, but it seems to me that it lacks the functionality of "Open minimized in Tray", some programs that are not very well integrated in Linux (especially Cloud Storage) do not have native option to "open minimized" and applying the autorun option simply opens the application at maximum size when booting the system.
