Footer label links needs to be customizable

Current labels of Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy need to customizable.

There is a difference between a Terms & Services and Services Agreement and Privacy Policy and Privacy Notice from a compliance and accuracy standpoint.

You can add them in the same way others are added. At the UI end its simply a copy and paste. You can name them accordingly and set the validations in the same way.

At the backend u need to add those to site setting migration files. Then to site setting controller ensure u r able to fetch those data and send to UI. This is a simple CRUD operation. Let me know if you need any help.
