try to use new email account to register, and do not open any preview url during deploy
by worker:
1 create the worker by default hello world
2 add custom url, add variables and bilnd kv
3 shut down any preview or default url
4 edit code of worker, paste code to replace hello world codes
5 do not run preview ! do not run preview!
6 deploy

check worker by custom url, that's all, do not use accouts that had been blocked to register cloudflare account
