[Bug]: GUI doesn't work

Bug description

Herd was working fine, but today it stopped. The GUI is not available, but I can see that herd is running in the task manager. I also tried to reinstall herd again, but that didn't help. Executing commands via command line "The Herd Desktop application is not running. Please start Herd and try again"
