According to the cpp code. I write a python code including compute_weights function, which requiring pytorch 4.0 . It can be easier for running. If it is convenient, I would be glad to contribute.

I'm not sure what do you mean: would you like clean c++ API without pytorch? For example using numpy API for compute_weight function? It's good idea, if you'll implement it it will be great.
