  • using _ to determine velocity (anglular/translational) of sub
  • surrounding environment
  • reference point
  • training images

Egomotion

  • trained on 5 min car footage data, calc and train on optical flow of those images (accurate on moving parts, not standstill)
  • train on more video data to avoid overfitting
  • apply model to underwater gopro footage
  • train on sim data to determine speed
