Patches to wipe from Debian

Can you consider some patches used by Debian to fix issues?

I applied most patches from 0.22-4 and pushed as v0.24 to Github.
The 50_hide-filenames.patch is more complicated, I will need some time to
look into it properly.

Thanks a lot @berke. Wipe is a very good program and I am glad to see that you will keep it alive!
