Add an option to enable / disable the notifications #410

Show a dialog to the old users to let them decide to enable or disable the notifications.

For new users let them decide to enable / disable in the "Getting Started" screen like iOS.

@vcardillo i didn't find this strings in iOSCopy:

  1. Don't miss your order!
  2. Allow push notifications to get timely updates!
  3. Notifications
  4. Receive Notifications
  5. Notifications may include alerts, sounds, and icon badges. These can be configured in Settings

Looks great! I added the copy items below for you:

  1. Don't miss your order! -> notif-optin-new-txt1
  2. Allow push notifications to get timely updates! -> notif-optin-new-txt2
  3. Notifications -> pane-title-notif
  4. Receive Notifications -> notif-optin-exist-txt1
  5. Notifications may include alerts, sounds, and icon badges. These can be configured in Settings -> notif-optin-exist-txt2

Oh, can you make the notification button the Bento green?

@xkokushox Oh! Sorry. Not the icon--that can be back to gray :) I meant the orange button :)
