Tap state for "Add to Bento" button

When I tap the button, there is no tap state. Have a tap state, the same as all other buttons.

@vcardillo now all the buttons has states, please try them in the next release and let me know if you want another color for the state event.

@xkokushox When you tapped to add the paleo tuna, did that have a tap state?

That's fine. What I am actually talking about is the button on the dish
page. The button that says "Add to Bento" doesn't seem to have a tap state.
